You may  place your order via phone ,email ,fax or in person. However a duly approved Purchase Order is required for clients with credit facilities .For cash customers, payment is upon delivery.

There is a MOQ per item. Please enquire with our customer service via phone , email and also check our website .Quantities purchased must also match the packing (no of units per packing) of the product.

For custom made packaging, please ask one of our Sales team member for more details .Telephone no. and email address are on our website . We will gladly provide you with such details as the MOQ ,price and delivery time.

You can pay by internet banking, Juice, bank cheque , cash or/and choose to come to our office for your payment.For payment by cheque by a first time buyer , ID card ,telephone no  and address are required.Management reserves the right to refuse payment by bank cheque.

If you have ordered the wrong product or have changed your mind, you can return it to us within 15 days. You only have to send the product(s) back to us, at your own cost, unused and undamaged in the original packaging. We will arrange for a credit note, exchange or refund (subject to our terms and conditions).

Subject to a MOQ , our delivery policy locally , is to deliver any order placed within 24 hours . Should you place your order before 10.00 am ,your order would usually be delivered on the same day.
